IS THERE ANY GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY?
Yes. Each item in the Insignia International range is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by an executive
from the governing body with whom we have a license to produce the item. These Certificates verify the originality of
the signatures and the quantity of the release. A representative from Insignia International Ltd is present at each signing
session at which times photographs and often video are taken of the signing session.
We guarantee all items sold by Insignia. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it
within 14 days of the purchase date, providing it is in pristine condition, for a full refund of the purchased price
excluding the cost of freight, taxes or duties paid upon entry to the point of destination.

HOW SAFE ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
Insignia sites use a technology called SSL - Secure Sockets Layer. This means at the checkout, our servers and your
PC encrypt (scramble) everything that you enter into your computer, such as credit card details, billing and delivery
address. Because it is encrypted, other computers are unable to make sense of it, therefore keeping this information private.

HOW DO I ORDER ON LINE?
Insignias secure online ordering system is both convenient and safe to use.
Adding Products to the Shopping Basket To purchase any product (s) click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button next to the desired item and it will be added
to your shopping cart. The items you have chosen to order will display in your Shopping Basket which can be seen when the
"view basket" button is clicked.
Checkout Step One:View the products in your shopping basket. You can delete items from the Shopping Cart if you wish, or change quantities. To DELETE an item simply make its quantity 0.
Step Two: When you have finished shopping, click the "View Shopping Basket" link and proceed to Insignias shopping basket secure page. Select your country or region for freight and currency purposes. Click on the update button.
Step Three: When you are happy with the basket contents, the next stage is to go to the checkout. Click that button and here you will be
asked if you are a registered member.
Step Four: Fill in the checkout ordering form, with your contact and delivery details as well as credit card details. The order is ready to submit.
Click the submit button. The credit card, and shipping information you enter for your purchases are securely submitted. You will receive an order confirmation
with an electronic receipt which contains your order number for easy tracking.
